"...Your creative moments!" has been registered as a "sole trader" company with HM Revenue & Customs in United Kingdom since 7 April 2014, under the following address: 147 King's Road, Flat 1, Brighton, BN1 2PJ.
By placing an order you are understood to have agreed to
the following terms and conditions:
Conditions of ordered products
The majority of our products are hand made and require time to be designed, made and dispatched. Thus, the ordered products will be dispatched between 14 and 28 working Business Days from receipt of the respective order. Our working days are Monday to Friday.
We are trying to accommodate last minute requests, depending on quantities and stock availability, so please call us to discuss your requirements, so we can give you a time frame during we can make and dispatch the products to you.
In case that we do not have in stock any of the materials required to make the design you have ordered, we will contact you to offer you an alternative. You have the right to i) either accept the alternative design, ii) wait for the materials to arrive in order to create for you the original design or iii) cancel the order. We need your decision in writing, within 3 days of informing you about this case.
Colours and Description of Designs
Please note that the colours of our products may be presented differently on your electronic device, as computer monitors, tablets and mobile phones have different settings and colours’ analysis.
We try to provide a detailed description of every product, listing its colour, dimensions, materials used etc , to our customers for a more holistic point of reference.
Our clients are welcome to order a sample of any bespoke design, if they want it in quantities. Under quantity, you can type “1” and pay respectively for its individual price. Delivery charges will be set accordingly to the size and the weight of the item (s).
Refunds and Exchanges
According to the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000, customers have the right to cancel their order within 7 days of ready-made products. However, this does not apply to handmade, bespoke, personalised designs, where an exchange or refund cannot be given.
If our customers wish to order any personalised design in quantity, it is recommended to order first a sample (in quantity box, type 1, and pay for the individual's product price and relevant delivery costs).
In case you want to get a refund or exchange of any of our ready - made products, you need to inform us in writing within 7 days of the receipt of the products. You need to pay the delivery costs of returning the products to us.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
Payment of the products through the website is made through PayPal, which is a safe way of payment. For more information regarding payment with PayPal please visit PayPal’s website: www.paypal.com
Customers that do not buy through internet, can pay us with cash or a cheque made to “Your creative moments.” All bespoke products will be created, and any ready -made will be dispatched, when funds are received.
Payment is taken when an order is placed.
All prices are in Pounds Sterling.
As a small enterprise we do not charge VAT to our products, so our customers can benefit from lower prices!
Our Hairdressing services terms and conditions are stated on the " Creative Hairdressing" page. Services can be paid in cash upon the completion of the service on the same day. An e-mail stating the quote for the provided services will be sent to the client's e-mail address prior to the service. A receipt / invoice will be issued to the client upon payment.
Prices, Promotions and Discounts
We have the right to amend our prices at any point.
We have the right to offer or withdraw any promotions or discounts at any time.
We have the right to change any content (including texts and images and terms and conditions) on our website at any time.
Customers pay for delivery charges (postage and packing) and these are set according to the materials used for packaging and the size and weight of the ordered product (s).
(At the moment, we deliver products only to the United Kingdom. However, if you want your products to be delivered to any other country, please e-mail us for a quote first.)
We use a courier service in the UK that requires a signature from the customer on delivery of our products.
The delivery charges come automatically when you check out on our website, according to the weight and size of the products you have ordered. The price also includes the handling fee, signature upon receipt of the product (s) and compensation to our company in case the products are damaged during transportation.
We will include in your package the ordered products and the invoice of your order. In the unlikely event of any ordered products missing, you need to notify us in writing within the next 48 hours of the received delivery.
Most of our products are fragile, so we take all the precautions to package them suitably. We also photograph the package with the products before sending them to our customers. In case that any of the products are damaged during transit, you need to notify us in writing within the next 48 hours of the received delivery and to provide us with photographs electronically to prove this. We will replace you the damaged products, free of any cost and have them delivered to you for free.
Intellectual Property and Copyright
We take Intellectual Property rights very seriously. All handmade designs created by “Your creative moments!” are copyrighted. Every collection or product that is marked with the copyright symbol © has been legally copyrighted, with all the supporting evidence, under the name “Your creative moments!”
The name of the company “…Your creative moments!” has also been copyrighted.
Any reproduction of designs, images or any other material from our company and this website is strictly prohibited. All rights, title or interest in our website or any aspect of the company, remain the property of “Your creative moments!” unless is otherwise stated.
No aspect of our website should be copied in any way without written permission from “Your creative moments!”.

Customers are informed with an automated e-mail, if they contact us by e-mail, about the dates that the business does not operate due to holidays, sickness etc. Any enquiries are replied and orders are processed after this period ends.
